Who Runs This Website

kimseo.net is run by Kim Clarence V. Alimorom, a freelance SEO specialist. If you have a question about this page or your data, email support@kimseo.net.

What You Send Me Through The Contact Form

The form asks for your name, email address, website address, platform and what you would like to achieve. The message is sent to me by email and is not saved in a database on this website. I use it only to reply to you about your request.

To limit spam, the form has a hidden trap field and a minimum fill time. It also keeps a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, not the address itself, in the server's temporary files for a short time to stop repeated submissions. Your email stays in my mailbox like any other correspondence. If you want it deleted, ask me and I will remove it.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are, what device and browser they use, which site sent them, and whether they click my email address, my LinkedIn profile or a button, play a video or send the contact form. It never receives your name, your email address or anything you type into the form.

• Advertising features and Google signals are turned off.
• Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then removed.
• For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set. Google Analytics then receives only limited measurement without cookies.
• Elsewhere, Google Analytics sets cookies that store a random ID so it can tell visits apart.

You can read how Google handles this data in How Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Other Services This Site Uses

• Google Fonts. The fonts on this site load from Google, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Videos. A video loads its player only after you press play. Blog videos then load from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced domain, and client videos on the work page load from Google Drive. Until you press play, neither loads.
• WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons open a chat with me in WhatsApp through a private link on this site, and the chat is then handled by WhatsApp under its privacy policy. If you message me there, I can see your name and number and I use them only to reply.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which may keep standard server logs such as the IP address and the pages requested.

Pages link to other websites, such as client sites and social profiles. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which I do not control.

Your Choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by emailing support@kimseo.net. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Changes To This Page

If I change how the site handles data, I will update this page and the date at the top. To see what I do for clients, read about my SEO services or request a free audit.
